# GlowZen

> Sculpt, lift and glow — naturally, in just 8 minutes a day. GlowZen builds a personalised facial exercise plan and guides you through it with video demos and voice coaching.

GlowZen is a general wellbeing and fitness app for facial exercise ("face yoga"), available on iOS 17 and later. It is **not** medical care: it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, the face scan is an estimate for guidance rather than a clinical assessment, and no particular result is promised.

## How it works

1. **Scan your face.** A single selfie is analysed for tone, definition and symmetry across 7 zones.
2. **Get your plan.** Your goals, focus areas, experience level and available time decide which exercises the plan draws from.
3. **Practise daily.** Each session plays a video demonstration with spoken cues and a timer, so it can be followed hands-free.
4. **Watch it change.** Progress photos sit side by side; streaks, badges and zone scores track consistency.

## Privacy

- No name, email address or phone number is collected. Identity is a random per-device identifier.
- Photos are held in private encrypted storage and served over links that expire after a few minutes.

- Location is never collected, and location tags are stripped from photos before storage.
- Data is never sold, rented or traded.
- "Delete my data" in settings removes the plan, history and every photo immediately and irreversibly.

## FAQ

### Does facial exercise actually work?

Facial exercise affects people differently and change is gradual. GlowZen is a general wellbeing and fitness app — it doesn't promise a particular result, and any timeframes in the app are guidance rather than a commitment.

### How long does a session take?

Around eight minutes. Sessions are built from your available time, so a shorter commitment gives you a shorter routine rather than a rushed one.

### Do I need any equipment?

No. Every exercise uses only your hands and your face, so you can practise anywhere with no products, tools or procedures.

### What happens to my face scan?

It is analysed once to estimate the zone scores you see after setup, then stored in private encrypted storage. It is never used to train a model and never shown to another user.

### Is it safe?

Practise gently and ease off anything uncomfortable. If you have a jaw, neck or skin condition, or you are recovering from a procedure, check with a professional first. GlowZen is not medical care and does not diagnose or treat any condition.

### Can I delete everything?

Yes. Delete my data in settings removes your plan, history and every photo from the device and from our storage. It's immediate and can't be undone.
